Oscars 2014

And This Is How You Do 2014

86th academy awards

The 86th Academy Awards didn’t disappoint last night. This year was great for movies and people everywhere just weren’t exactly certain who to put their money on for Best Actor, Best Actress, or Best Film.

86th academy awards

The 2014 Oscars were a little lower key than most people wanted, but I wouldn’t go so far as to say anyone was disappointed with the results. It was the year of the Selfies, the photobombs were plentiful, Ellen Degeneres ordered pizza for everyone and Brad Pitt helped hand out plates, Cate Blanchett and Lupita Nyong’o gave beautiful noteworthy speeches, and Matthew McConaughey and Jared Leto surprised everyone by showing what they’re really made of: talent.
